ENY Side of Livonia Avenue Walkway Bridge by Schenck Avenue Looking East Toward Pennsylvania Avenue. The Drawing above is our idea of what type of buildings should be built on Livonia Avenue. The sample is a commercial office tower building which has 8 - 10 floors, two buildings should be built on each block. The bottom six floors shall possess an indoor first floor mall, MODELLS chain name was used as a sample store, the store sign could be Home Depot, Kay Mart etc, small and large business stores, and corporate office space. Buildings should possess LED and Neon Chaser lights similar to what you would see when you walk through Times Square in Manhattan from West 42nd Street right up through W 49th Street between Broadway and 7th Avenue. The top four floors of the building should be used as residential housing units or Co-op apartments for residents to live in. { BIG TIME BIZ Home Page } { Main IRT #3 Page } { See and Print Map of The Livonia Avenue Walkway Bridge }
