Section #1 Subject: Problems With ENY Community Board #5 Meetings The personal opinion listed below was written by The WEbMAster himself - Randy Hudson. This information was placed on this page because it would receive higher visibility. This is what I Randy Hudson have personally witnessed at The ENY Community Board #5 Monthly Meetings and these are my own personal view points and opinions about it ! I have been attending Local ENY Community Board #5 Monthly Meetings since 1991. Up until June 2003 the Community Board use to allow about 15 minutes at the end of each meeting for the public to speak. ENY Community Board #5 Monthly Meetings are normally held on the third Wednesday of the month at P.S 13 located on Pennsylvania between Riverdale and Livonia Ave's in the ENY section of Brooklyn N.Y. Meetings are cancelled during the months of July & August so employees and board members can take their well deserved vacation break. But the board since returning from its 2003 summer vacation break in September 2003 no board member has said a word about what has gone on. The public normally speaks at the end of each meeting but by the time the public is supposed to speak 8:45 - 9 P.M some people have already left the building and everyone else is in a hurry to leave the building and go home. I don't blame the board members because they don't control the flow of meeting, but I do blame the Board Chairman who runs the meeting for not making sure their is time allotted for the public to be heard at " EVERY MEETING " with out fail ! Since September 2003 through February 2004 The Board has not allowed or want the public to speak for some reason at the monthly meetings. I take issue with this because I specifically go to these meetings to listen to, what is new, what the board has to say and during the publics speaking time open the boards eyes up to local issues they may, or may not have known about. It is a slap in the face to all ENY residents when the Community Board is making present and future quality of life decisions about us and we the public can not answer back on any of the decisions that will impact and change our daily lives and the community in which we live during the future ! We will let you know at the next monthly meeting if anything changes ! " STAY TUNED " ...... Call and Tell your elected officials what is going on, .

Now their is enough blame to go around for everybody. People say, it's the Governments fault, NO, NO It's The Local Leaders fault but the fault really lies with? Take a walk into your bathroom, walk, stand in front, take a look at the wall mirror and, yell at the man or women in the mirror you see there for not educating you and not attending local community meetings now that is the person responsible for your problem and hit -em in the mouth {BANG} Ha I see you found him/her in the mirror " Ha " ! " That's right ", Make sure you get your two cents in right now, and give'em a good old piece of your mind and up coming thought's ! Ha, aaaaaaaaa [ Smile } " YES Guilty As Charged " ! Many of Today's HIP, HOP RAPPERS, Movie Stars, and Sports STARS are making MILLIONS, and MILLIONS of Dollars and I hope they all make BILLIONS more. But the problem is how much is enough after you have brought your 4 Houses, 30 Cars, Pay $500 A Bottle for Liquor and partied until the year 1999 like Recording Artist Prince Sings or should I say party until the year 2099. Anyway I applaud the success of our new Millionaires, may they find happiness and stay in good health. But how much is enough when I see alot of these cable TV and videos showing how these once urban and rural super poor young millionaires once lived and now how they live, has it ever accrued to any one other than my self that all of them together can rid our people of homelessness, provide jobs, and at the same time become even more richer than they are now, instead of buying, " The BLING, BLING ", that provides no known capital return from invested money ! I wonder where they got that word from anyway, could it be, maybe from a pinball game ? Can you hear the Pin Ball Game Sounds in your head now..... { Smile } ! Anyway I don't really care who does it but no one even the Super Harvard Business Graduates have even thought of contacting all of the Super Rich African and Hispanic Music, Sports and Movie Super Stars, forming a entrepreneur business corporation, and governing board to aggressively market, search out and find the smartest young, old teenagers, and adults within our communities to fund their new ideas like myself and others who have it all written down on paper and help fund them to make a dent in the wall of high unemployment to jump start our communities for the future. Those that do not know their own history are bound to repeat it, now let's think for a minute hum, if all of the famous music, sports and movie stars that we know got together and raised one hundred million dollars to fund programs, products and services in the USA. These products and/or services which were created within our communities now can be sold right back through the same community hum-mmm. The investors will profit, jobs would increase it may not change the world , but it's a start and remember they could continue to do this on a national level. Each community would have a governing board that would search for new entrepreneurs with feasible ideas, products or services that each investor could make millions from. Let's pretend that their was no FUBU clothing line or VIBE magazine around yet. All of our super millionaires working together could setup a national board with 50 or 100 million dollars that oversees America. America would be broken down into 4 separate areas east coast, west coast, mid west, and the south. Inside of each of the four American district areas we would then break it down even further into private state boards that would over see the entrepreneur business corporation local community boards each totally free of federal, state and city government politics. Within each local community level at every community meeting a rep would attend on a regular basics announcing that the "Let's call our club The Entrepeneur Business Club ", is seeking new ideas to finance and bring them market but first one must put their idea into proposal form if they are serious as I have. Their are many not for profit corporations out here that will gladly help you with your business or idea proposal for free. Now you got your business proposal in hand and you are ready to submit it to the local level entrepreneur club. Once submitted the investors movie stars, music recording artist, and sports stars represented as one national board await for your business proposal to pass the number two test which is the entrepreneur business corporation state board. If your proposal has made it to the state level it would still have to pass the entrepreneur business corporation national third level before being funded inside of your state being that so many super stars put their money on the line for your idea to blossom. Once your program or idea passes the national level it might even be duplicated across the country with the original owner of the idea paid for his or her copyright out right to be utilized for stock holders as investors to make serious money off your idea or product. In my eyes it is so simple to see this idea working because most of these super rich people blow over one million dollars each a year on silly things just because they could not come up with a better idea to spend their money on. I feel most of our national political leaders are worried about the wrong thing, their focus should be on thinking about, how can I pull all of the music, sports, and movie super stars in America together as future investors or stock holders for this new corporation and make them see that it will be good for them, because they will make money, as well as being good for the community because it shall create jobs. Let's say one of their first business proposals excepted was A-aaaaaaa, FUBU or VIBE Magazine? LOOK HOW THEY TURNED OUT AND THE COMMUNITY WHOLE HEARTEDLY BUYS PRODUCTS and SUPPORTS BOTH of THEM RIGHT NOW. It takes work to make anything successful but in my mind and seen through my eyes to me it is not as hard as you may think it to be why ? Because with 100 million dollars you hire a team of professionals to pull it together, things start becoming alot easier when you can hire someone and have them do the work for you, and if they don't fit the mold ? You replace them with someone that will get the job done correctly. I wonder why no African or Hispanic American with millions and millions of dollars ever thought of this idea especially after they were living with super poverty all their life before they " Hit It BIG " ! I lived through the 1960's During The Civil Rights Era, don't get me wrong I LOVE Dr. Martin Luther King I speak highly of him every where I go and memorize many of his sayings like, " Judge A Man Not by The Color of His Skin " , " Judge Him by The Content of His/Her Character " ! I LOVE the man and I really feel life would have been different for many African and Hispanic Americans if Dr. King only preached, " ? After you have obtained your Federal, State, City or Private Job, reach for sky by obtaining your own business because the " Business of America Is Business". Their are so many government and private grants and small business loans that the government will give you to help you start up businesses it's unbelievable. But you first must have a business corporation in order take part in the gold rush. Now you might say well I don't need a business because I got this, or I obtained that true, but they are laying off people and it is a different world we live in now. I remember back in the 1970's when The Vietnam War was going on, you could quit one job and go down the block and get another one all within a half hour. That climate existed back then mainly because at that time our country was thriving off of the war. But now that the world has changed and companies are out sourcing their work to other countries, it just makes it harder to find a steady job today plus most people will not be able to retire comfortably. Here's an example about obtaining what you want, lets say you want to build a house by your self with your own hands, you designed the house now you are moving toward building it. Lets say it will take you four and a half years or more to build the house you want " so bad " ! The more people that help you to build that house the faster you be living in it, right ! Now let's say 10 people help you build your house, you might be able to fully move in and live in your new house within one year or less because you had help. Business functions in the same way the more businesses their are in our communities the more jobs they can provide and in turn can help you obtain your dreams faster by providing steady work. That is one of the reasons why most ethnic groups trade among their own people in order to keep the money flowing around and around within their own community or ethic group circle and they all are getting richer and having fun doing it as they support their families, the morrow of the story ? If our national and local community leaders organized a business team to go out and find the new community entrepreneurs and inventors instead of waiting for them to just show up on their door step one day. I truly believe things would be alot better for everyone within our communities across America. It's strange Martin Luther King really didn't press starting a business and still today I don't see any national community leaders or political leaders taking an aggressive marketing attitude towards aggressively searching and taking on the mission of finding the new millenniums entrepreneurs of the future to help change our communities current economic situation. So go out and start a business today because I LOVE Them All but I personally feel the political establishment is way off base across America I hope my site and information illuminates the light bulb in their heads and helps to open their eyes up because I LOVE them all, their heart is in the right place but I think it's time to take an aggressive marketing approach within our communities. We must seek out and find the real inventors and business entrepreneurs within our own communities, draw in, and give them a road map to follow, showing them where the location is to enter the new gold mine for help and opportunity in our communities for all to follow in the future. This is something that has never been done before inside of East New York or Brownsville Brooklyn and I feel, its time has now come.
