When President George Bush was in office, all he talked about was the war in Iraq and Afghanistan. The one thing he forgot about was the USA economy which is in shambles many people have lost their homes, their commerce, and haven’t the faintest idea where or how they will pay their next mortgage bill.
If there are many ways of making money without a job all you have to do is really sit down and think what is it that people need within your local community that I could do every day and I could actually make money from.
One of the quickest ways you can find out what there is to do within your local area is. Just walk around the community and look at people’s houses and local stores within your own community. They might need their fence painted, their windows washed or might need their floor mopped, front lawn cut, canopy cleaned and scrubbed, or they might need an electrical wire for their table light fixed. Just look around and use your imagination, you could do some room painting or roof work there are many things that you could turn into a summer or long term business venture within your local area that you can do to make extra money on a daily basis.
Many corporations are laying off long time employees who were ready to retire and many who were about to become senior citizens, are currently looking for new jobs and are now over 50 year’s old. Many employers do not want to hire people over 50 years old because they might fall and hurt themselves compared to a twenty-year-old youngster who has boundless energy and usually older people they say, get tired faster especially if they do not keep on physically working out.
The problem is many people that have worked for large and small private businesses and corporations for years have no idea of how to be an independent entrepreneur. If you followed the advice here it will put you on the path towards starting your own business and you'll be able to start thinking for yourself and realize just do the best that you can do, it’s not that hard. Information is the key towards making money and becoming a businessman or woman, that is what America is all about.
Business people can write off many things on their IRS taxes like.
Your home computer, home mortgage, your car lease, your car insurance, your business and car maintenance bills, office equipment expenses and hundreds of other things than normal working people could never write off on their IRS yearly taxes.

As harsh as it sounds, business people getaway with all of the good perks and regular people do not why. Simple, working people do not organize people to generate money, only business people do. The Government realizes that and gives business people all the real lucrative and generous IRS Tax breaks to keep you trucking on down the road quickly and smoothly in the express lane where their is no traffic jams while regular working people must stay in the off road bumpy service lane in bumper to bumper traffic, get the picture. Time to wake up and smell the coffee

1. The first step is to go purchase some business cards, or some promotional fliers, and/or posters,
2. Second walk around in your local neighborhood and distribute your fliers by placing them in homeowners mailboxes
3. After two days, go back to the same houses you first placed the flyers at, then go up and ring the bell.
4. If someone answers, first say to them good morning, good afternoon, or a good evening, politely then ask them if they are the homeowner. Many people, will answer other person’s door and act like they are the homeowner, so to save yourself time make sure you do not waste time talking to a baby sitter at the house. Ask them ahead of time if they are the homeowner if they say no I am not the homeowner, then say thank you I will return at another time. If they are the homeowner and say yes, continue with your sales pitch, ask them if they have read your advertising flyer. If they did not read your flier, ask them to read it now and give them an extra copy of your flier to read. As they read it, ask them if they might be able to utilize your services.
5. If the homeowner is home and does decide to use your services “important” always ask them first what their budget is, because they might have a higher price in mind then you were going to give them in the first place as an hourly rate.
6. If their budget is within reason, ask them what day you could start work. Explain to them what time you will start work and explain to them what time you will be quitting work and the days you will be working. The best thing to do is to go to a stationary store like [STAPLES] and ask for a general contract form. This way there will be no discrepancies about what you should do and what you will not do and how much you will be paid and for what you will be paid for.
7. Explain to them if you have to buy any spare parts for the job the price for your services will go up if you have to drive and pick them up or if you choose to let it stay the same. You can change the price of the job before you start work [Its up to you]. But make sure you tell them and write it into the contract that they have to pay for any extra parts and the fact that you will have to drive or walk to the store and shop for the parts at the local store. The price of the job will be a little higher unless they go pick the parts up from the store themselves. [ Its your call the price is up to you ]
8. Also, explain to them if at the end of the job you would like to be paid in cash and not by a personal check or credit card.
9. Remember you are the boss and you are the one now in charge. Make sure that you cover all of the bases so that you do a professional job, with style and most of all get a homeowner referral recommendation from the homeowner who you are currently working for. You want to do a good job so you can have the homeowner give you a good referral when called by another customer. Make sure you tell them to tell this and to tell a friend about your business services. This way you become a person that can be trusted and will be recommended every time to other homeowners on the same block and receive more local community jobs just by a quality job that you did by word of mouth and the homeowners reference get one from each homeowner and it will keep you in business.
10. It is not hard to make money within a bad economy all you have to do is use your head and look around your own local area for jobs that need to be done immediately. Go talk to local storeowners, homeowners, within your local neighborhood or go across-town and do the same thing. Remember nothing is impossible unless you think it’s impossible this is how The WEbMAster faces everything that I do and I have gone onto doing things that I thought at one time was really impossible. Faith and confidence is not something that you can read in a book or buy at the local corner store to go out and perform instantly. Faith and confidence is something that is earned with time, its called practice and confidence, just like you began to walk when you were a baby it took a lot of patience and time. Nothing on this earth is perfect, and no matter how good you truly are, can manage things and no matter how professionally you can organize and plan things out. If something is going to happen that you did not plan on, it’s going to happen no matter what. This is where the amateurs and professionals part company, a professional will handle whatever emerges in front of them instantly and handle it in a professional manner and stay calm. Whereas an amateur will panic, do nothing at all, feel shear terror and freeze up in their own tracks. An amateur will, become unfocused and totally mismanage whatever they are doing. Just remember handling the unexpected is part of doing every day business in America. So do what you do and be all that you can be because the difference between real estate tycoon Donald Trump and you is ? The good and bad experiences he has lived through and the confidence he has gained within himself while doing it. Remember life is nothing more than an educational experienced, money has nothing to do with confidence, experience and organizing skills remember staying calm when most people would panic in the same situation and having the confidence to turn the boat right side up, while still in the water is what you will have to deal with on a daily basis. Staying calm and being able to think under pressure while turning that boat right side up while still in the water is what a true business entrepreneur is all about on a daily basics.
