Oct  2007 *Talk show host Montel Williams

has taken a bride, reports People magazine.

The TV personality married his fiancée, Tara Fowler, before a small gathering of friends and family Saturday afternoon on a beach in Bermuda.

"I am ecstatic! Unbelievable," Montel told People immediately following the ceremony.

Fowler's dress was an off-white custom-made Badgley Mishka gown, accented with a borrowed set of

chandelier diamond earrings from Tallarico in Beverly Hills. Williams sported a gray suit with periwinkle-blue pinstripes – to match the bridesmaids’ periwinkle dresses.

Williams’ 18-year-old daughter Maressa (from his first marriage) served as one of Fowler’s bridesmaids.

The couple exchanged vows before 60 guests, including the bride’s and groom’s parents and siblings.

The couple's ring-bearer was their 1-year-old black toy poodle, Mr. Max, who wore a harness with a ring-pillow on his back.

Williams, 51, proposed to Fowler, 36, a former American Airlines flight attendant, on July 12, 2006, in front of both of their families at

Manhattan’s Tavern on the Green restaurant.

This is the third marriage for Williams, who has four children – two from each of his previous marriages. It is the first for Fowler.

*Shawn "Jay-Z" Carter will have to find another venue to name after his clothing company Rocawear. The New Jersey Sports and Exposition Authority has decided to award naming rights to competing clothing maker Izod.

The building just east of New York City, formerly called Continental Airlines Arena, will now be called the Izod Center, reports the Associated Press.

Continental Airlines Inc. paid $1.3 million a year for the naming rights, but opted to take its name off the 26-year-old building now that the New Jersey Devils NHL team is leaving for the new Prudential Center in Newark. Izod's 5-year deal is for roughly the same amount, according to the AP.

Rocawear was co-founded by Jay-Z, the Def Jam Records president who is also part-owner of the NBA's New Jersey Nets, who play at the arena. The team plans to move to a proposed new arena in Brooklyn sometime after the 2008-2009 season.

Izod, a division of clothing and apparel maker Phillips Van Heusen Corp., is already a sponsor of the Nets.  Authority officials said Izod's marketing skills were a major factor in their decision to award the company the naming rights, noting that Izod would save the authority money by providing its own marketing and advertising for arena events.

"It gives us a whole new set of tools to attract the entertainment shows and concerts to our facilities," Goldberg said.

The arena logo will be changed a few days prior to the New Jersey Nets first home game on Oct. 31, Goldberg said, and the official unveiling will be held during the game.

Accidental Drug Mix Said to Kill Levert

The Associated Press

CLEVELAND -- R&B singer Gerald Levert's death last fall was an accident caused by a fatal combination of prescription narcotics and over-the-counter drugs, a coroner said.

The drugs in his bloodstream included the narcotic pain relievers Vicodin, Percocet and Darvocet, along with anxiety medication Xanax and two over-the-counter antihistamines, Geauga County Coroner Kevin Chartrand said. The official cause of death was acute intoxication, and the death was ruled accidental.

Chartrand said his office received a report Thursday from the Cuyahoga County coroner's office, which conducted the autopsy.

Levert, 40, son of O'Jays singer Eddie Levert, died Nov. 10 in his suburban Cleveland home. He was a member of the R&B trio LeVert, whose hits included "(Pop, Pop, Pop, Pop) Goes My Mind" and "Casanova." He sold millions of albums and had numerous hits over his career.

His soulful voice powered his appeal and in 1991 he made his solo debut with the album "Private Line." That included a hit duet with his dad, "Baby Hold on to Me."

Andy Gibson, a family spokesman, said Levert was taking the pain medication because of chronic pain from a lingering shoulder problem and surgery in 2005 to repair a severed Achilles tendon. The autopsy revealed that Levert had pneumonia.

Levert also took Xanax for anxiety attacks, Gibson said.

Bobby Brown is finding life hard to live without Whitney Houston.

His wife of 14 years has filed for divorce, and now he has nowhere to go. Bobby needs money, a car (he reportedly tried to get a TV Network to give him a new car, they turned him down), and he needs a home. Bobby is saddened by the breakup, and he realizes that he has to get his life together. Bobby recently spent time in Las Vegas with Boxer Mike Tyson. Tyson was overheard encouraging Bobby to keep his head up and look for work. Bobby needs money, and he is going to look to his wife to get it. Whitney does not have the money she used to have. Her earnings have dried up with lavish spending on cars, homes, drugs and Bobby family. Whitney may have to file for bankruptcy to protect her assets in a divorce. Bobby could ask for a percentage of her past and future earnings.

BOBBY BROWN HAS A HEART ATTACK

LOS ANGELES - Bobby Brown spent a night in the hospital after suffering a mild heart attack, his attorney said Wednesday.

Brown had severe chest pains Tuesday night and was taken to two hospitals. He was admitted to Tarzana Regional Medical Center in the San Fernando Valley.

"This morning they did diagnose him as suffering from a mild heart attack ... they attributed (it) to stress and diet," said his attorney, Phaedra Parks, in Atlanta.

His father and brother stayed with Brown and he was released Wednesday morning in good condition, Parks said.

"He is in great spirits, he's doing very well," she said. "He's speaking with family members."

Brown thanked fans for their good wishes and hoped to make a scheduled performance Saturday in Los Angeles, his attorney said.

"He just wants the fans to know that he is definitely going to come back full speed ahead," Parks said.

Brown, 38, lives in Southern California. He is the former husband of Whitney Houston and is seeking custody of their teenage daughter.

Jenny Craig calling Tyra Banks! The CW network is coming down hard on its biggest star. The supermodel has been ordered to lose weight. Since Tyra stopped modeling and started her talk show, she has gained about 50 pounds. According to published reports, the network feels she is putting on too much, and she doesn't have a great personality to go with the weight gain. If Tyra doesn't comply, she could lose her show America Next Top Model. Tyra is top heavy. When you are top heavy, it tends to make you look heavier. Plus, TV puts 10 pounds on you. I think Tyra looks fine. Sometimes her wigs look crazy, but she looks healthy. Will she lose weight?

Eddie Murphy says he in love, but hold up on those wedding plans. For the past four months, Eddie has been dating Singer Mel B of the Spice Girls. She has a 7-year old daughter. He recently divorced his wife Nicole, and they have five kids. He also has a child from a previous relationship. Eddie dated quite a few ladies since his divorce from Nicole (Robin Givens and Shaun Robinson of Access Hollywood), but it was Mel B who won his heart. A few of Eddie friends were worried about him moving so fast. When Eddie would mention marriage, they would urge him to slow it down. Last week, stories came out involving Mel B and a London lap dancer. The dancer claims she and Mel B had a steamy encounter after she gave her a lap dance. Did this revelation cause Eddie to back down on the wedding talk? Does Mel B still have a chance of being Mrs. Murphy?

Remember the TV psychic with the thick Jamaican accent? In the late 90's she was the Queen of the infomercials with her psychic claims. Then she was exposed. She was not a super psychic. She was a super fake, an actress from Los Angeles. Well  has a new revelation..... she gay. In an interview with the Advocate magazine, she revealed she is a lesbian. Says she kept it secret for years because she was afraid of how her family would react.

This past week, Debbie Rowe got a major court victory. The ex-Mrs.... ..... Michael Jackson took on her powerful ex-husband and won. She is going to get her money, and she is going to get to visit her kids. Years ago, Rowe signed away her rights to her children, Prince and Paris, for millions of dollars. Michael got tired of shelling out money to Rowe. When she went on TV to talk about their life, he cut her money off. Debbie struck back. She had heard enough stories involving her ex and young boys. She realized she made a huge mistake giving her children away, and now she wanted them back. Rowe and Jackson have been battling for years over these children, and now she will have a chance to be a mother to her kids. Paris and Prince have no idea who Debbie Rowe is. They have only met with her a few times. Rowe won the court battle when a judge ruled that she was the only biological parent. Michael is just the custodial parent. Hmmmmmmmmmmmm! I guess this confirms that Rowe children were inseminated by someone else, a Caucasian male perhaps.

Star Jones is going after the tabloids: leave her and her husband alone! Did Al leave Star? Star says no, despite the fact that he has not spent any time with her and hangs out with his male friends. Star says she is emotional and stressed out, and she wants the stories to stop. According to her spokesperson, she is planning to sue the tabloid over false stories. The tabloids also speculated on how the Reynolds are making ends meet since he quit his job and she was let go from hers.

David Hasselhoff needs help?  is best known for his roles in Baywatch, Knight Rider and kason the soap opera The Young and The Restless. Hasselhoff is currently a judge on the reality show America Got Talent. This past year, he made headlines with his nasty divorce, numerous Botox treatments, a drunken episode at a London Airport where he peed on himself (he says he was sick from overmedicating), a mysterious arm injury and a false police report involving his teenage daughter. He told the police she tried to commit suicide by cutting herself. She was actually cut by the family pet, a cat. She went to the hospital, got treated and came home. Why would Hasselhoff lie to the police? Everyone in his close circle, including his ex-wife, admits he needs help, and they hope he gets it soon.

The weight issue involving Janet Jackson continues. What made her gain and lose close to 70 pounds? The producers of the movie Tennessee want Janet to stop telling people she gained weight for their movie. They claim the part did not call for the actress/singer to gain weight. The role is now going to Mariah Carey. The producers want Janet to reveal she gained weight due to stress (the wardrobe malfunction, poor sales of her last CD Damita Jo, family crisis with brother Michael trial, being the breadwinner for the entire Jackson family and stories of a hidden child). They say just stop blaming them!

Our condolences go out to Reverend Run and his wife Justine. They are best known for the popular MTV series, Reverend Run House. On last season cliffhanger, Justine announced she was pregnant with their fifth child. Unfortunately, the baby died. The child was born with the organs outside of the body, and died a short time later. MTV was filming at the hospital. There is no word yet on how this is going to be handled on the show.

Singer Alicia Keys has signed on for the animated Backyardigans TV show. Alicia will voice the alien character and her niece, Shakyra, will also be featured.

Mariah Carey has a new career venture. She is going to be the spokesperson for a new self tanning lotion. This is the self tanning lotion that she uses while she is on tour.

LaToya Jackson is the new spokesperson for Star Ice, a malt liquor from Australia.

Samuel L. Jackson recently signed a production deal with New Line Cinema.

WHAT'S THE UNDERGROUND BUZZ ?

This celebrity signed on to appear on a reality TV show. He did it as a joke. Now he has proven to be so popular, he can get voted off. He is tired of doing the show, and it is wearing him out.

This famous Producer has declared he will not work with a famous Pop Singer again. He helped her with her latest CD, and played a big part in her comeback. Everyone thought she was looney, but he stuck with her because he knew she had a great voice. The Producer figured the Pop Singer would help him out since he helped her reclaim her career. The Producer asked the Pop Singer to record a song with his girlfriend. His girlfriend is famous. She can dance, but she can sing. The Pop Singer refused to do it. She knew she could never record a song with a non singer.
